Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Whisper (“the App”), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of Whisper for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in the App
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

User Account

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
• To submit false or misleading information

Content

Our service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material. You are responsible for the content you post to the service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

Subscription and Billing Terms

Whisper offers premium subscriptions with enhanced features. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Automatic subscription renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Charges to your payment method on file via RevenueCat payment processing
• Subscription cancellation available through your device’s app store settings
• No refunds for partial subscription periods unless required by law
• Price changes with 30 days advance notice to active subscribers

Audio and Voice Data

The App includes audio recording features for personal prayer recordings. By using these features:

• You grant permission for the App to access your device’s microphone
• Audio recordings are stored securely and used only for your personal spiritual practice
• You may delete your recordings at any time through the App
• Audio data may be processed through third-party services for enhanced functionality
• We do not share your personal audio recordings with third parties for commercial purposes

Push Notifications

The App sends push notifications to enhance your spiritual practice. By enabling notifications:

• You consent to receive daily reminders and spiritual content
• Notification data is processed through Firebase Cloud Messaging
• You can opt-out of notifications through your device settings or in-app preferences
• We may collect analytics on notification delivery and engagement

Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services to provide enhanced functionality:

• Firebase/Google Services: Authentication, analytics, crash reporting, and push notifications
• RevenueCat: Subscription management and payment processing
• Supabase: Database services and backend functionality
• Google Analytics: Usage analytics and app performance monitoring

These services have their own privacy policies and terms of service, which supplement these terms.

Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the service. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

App Store Terms

For users downloading the App through Apple App Store or Google Play Store:

• In-app purchases are processed through your app store account
• Subscription management is handled through your app store settings
• The App complies with Apple App Store Review Guidelines and Google Play Policies
• Digital content licenses are non-transferable and for personal use only

Account Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Use the App for illegal or harmful purposes
• Attempt to compromise the security or functionality of the App
• Fail to pay subscription fees (for premium users)

Governing Law

In no event shall Whisper or its suppliers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the materials in our app, even if Whisper or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
