5. Subscription and Payments
Godsbox may offer both free and paid subscription options. Paid subscriptions will be charged on a recurring basis unless canceled. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. By subscribing, you authorize us or our payment processor to charge your payment method.
6. Content and Intellectual Property
All content available on Godsbox, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, and software, is the property of Impulse LLC USA LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our content without prior written permission except as permitted by these terms.
7. User-Generated Content
You may have the opportunity to contribute content such as comments, feedback, or other submissions (“User-Generated Content”). You retain ownership of your content but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content in connection with providing and promoting Godsbox.
You agree not to post any content that:
- Violates any law or regulation.
- Is offensive, inappropriate, or harmful to others.
- Infringes on the intellectual property rights of third parties.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Godsbox at our discretion, without notice, if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that we believe is harmful to the service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease immediately.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Godsbox is provided on an “as-is” basis, and we do not guarantee that the services will be error-free or uninterrupted. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Impulse LLC USA LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use Godsbox, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Impulse LLC USA LLC, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of Godsbox or any violation of these terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Miami, Florida, to resolve any disputes arising from these terms.
